I think this deep purple irises you have...Hello :) <br />I think this deep purple irises you have is called Eleonore Roosevelt,as I have them too. Early bloomer and they do multiply fast too. Some said it is a re-bloomer iris, meaning they will bloom again.So try and see if it does for you. I still have to wait for mine as I have moved it several times. I just joined the Missouri Botanical iris society and that is what one lady told me when I asked her to ID my dark purple iris.
